Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center is hosting a quilt show during the month of March! Come by our activity room to check out these beautiful heirlooms that our families and our residents have graciously allowed us to display. A special thank you to Fern Ledford, Peggy Messer, Vivian Ledford, Toby Alford, Mary Gambrel and others members of our community for allowing these threads from the past to bring such wonderful memories to life.

Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 50,000-square-foot, 135-bed facility (with nine private rooms) located in Barbourville, Kentucky. We have provided high-quality, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation to our residents for many decades, and in 2013 we began a new chapter and set a new standard in care, when we built the new Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center (formerly called Barbourville Nursing Home). Our new, $12-million, state-of-the-art facility features a library, private chapel, ice cream parlor, secure courtyard, nine private rooms, a spa area, a beauty parlor and a physician’s lounge. Each large room has a private bathroom. The recreation areas are spacious. The private courtyard is accessible from our common areas. Our new, well-equipped rehabilitation facility is fully staffed, features all new equipment and offers both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative care. Our special spas even include large whirlpool tubs, each with their own dedicated flat screen television mounted at the perfect viewing angle.
